Terms and Conditions
Our Website: We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct. We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing products on the website. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colours or other content available on the website are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. By clicking on 'Checkout' you confirm your acceptance to our Terms and Conditions.
Cards: All our greeting cards are approx 145mm x 104mm and made from recycled card. Each individual card comes with a recycled envelope and biodegradable cellophane bag, and is left blank inside for your own message. You can also order your cards without cellophane bags. If you choose to write your own message it will appear exactly as you write it in century gothic font and will be placed in the best available position. The cards are packed in grey corrugated cardboard.
Prices: All prices are expressed in euros, inclusive of any VAT payable. All cards are €2.50 with a reduced price of €2.25 per card on orders of 10 cards or more. You will be charged for the goods and delivery when you place the order. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery: All deliveries will be made to the address specified by you when you place the order. Items are normally delivered within 7 working days of acceptance of the order. All orders are sent either via standard post or registered post. There is a delivery charge per order of €2.50 for standard post and €7.50 for registered post within the EU, and €7.50 for standard post and €15.00 for registered post outside the EU. Standard delivery is free within the EU on orders of 20 cards or more. We do not accept liability for delays caused once the goods have been dispatched.
Availability: If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to supply a particular item, we shall contact you directly and either suggest an alternative product or supply you with a refund.
Acceptance: You will receive an email confirming our acceptance of your order shortly after we receive it. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or if we identify a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to decline any offer to purchase by you at any time.
Returns: We are dedicated to providing unique, quality greeting cards to our customers. However, if you are not completely happy with your cards please ensure you return them to us within 7 days of receipt with your delivery note (which comes with your order). We are happy to exchange or offer a full refund (less delivery charges) for the cards, providing they are returned in perfect condition. We are unable to exchange or offer a refund for cards with your own message or personalised cards. When returning your cards to us we strongly advise customers to obtain proof of postage, as we do not accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit.
Privacy: Any address details you supply us with are only for delivery purposes. We will not share your details with a third party. We send email newsletters to our mailing list. Please advise us if you do not wish to receive it.
